I was scheduled to meet my good long term friend Scott (snapper73 on here) in Torquay for our usual monthly shenanigans, photo chat, coffee, ham, egg and chips this weekend. As ever a got my usual collection of images of people, places and some reasonable landscape shots which stand up nicely. I love the light you get at the seaside on a bright autumn day. Crisp, sharp light that affords lovely sharp imagery and colours. We ventured down to Brixham where it was about as cold as it gets - seriously, too cold to even shoot.
Also popped along to Misfuds Cameras which was largely disappointing given that it was like the worlds largest jumble sale without prices. Crazy. It does not make you want to buy in there at all. In all the 5D2 cut the mustard today and my new 200mm performed rather well in all light. We ended the day with a nice street session - shot these with the 200mm F/2.8 prime. I also shot a few landscape shots here.
