A little birdy!

Just scanning through some of my pics taken at central park and came across this little fella, the blur in the right corner is a little offputting but taking previous advice given here cropping tightens the picture around the bird a little too much for my liking, but please let me know what you think?

Central Park Bird house, I think it might be a Taveta Golden Weaver (I just remembered I took snaps of the picture boards showing all the different birds in the house!!)

Thought I would add another from the same day, another one with very pretty colours, apparantly this is a Paradisaea rubra???

1st shot is very nicely shot mate, excellent colours

2nd shot is eclipsed by the harsh flash shadow unfortunately & doesn't quite work imho.

I agree, not such a fan of the 2nd shot, the little blighter was jumping all over the place too so more of a lucky snap, just thought he was unusual enough to deserve a quick showing
