Curiosity made me do this little test!
I had the opportunity to use my dads 600d along side my 50d the other day. I decided to see what sort of differences there are between the 2 bodies at the top iso of 12800. Only main difference is that the 600d wasn't in raw, which I hadn't realised at the time. My 50d shot was opened up in elements 10, with nothing changed from the default settings of camera raw. A slight change in focal length due to my subject swimming around a little, hence the different crops. (I cropped a portion from a 100% view in elements) I have to say that I am quite impressed by the 600d in jpeg mode.
