no not easy at all, and being new to the hobby its a trying to learn to do the 100m dash in <11 secs before I can crawl type situation.... but its 'flying' pics that have got me wanting to go out every day to try and take a shot or 2..

I must build up the confidence to take the camera off of 'auto'

good tip, although I dont think the dog will be too pleased as she goes out with me first thing so I don't take the camera..

have been reading about and messing with 'non auto' mode today, I even changed the aperture myself[/oooo get me]
