If I'm being picky, the bright red area over her nostril is rather distracting but aside from that, looking good (doesn't look noisy from here, must check out my calibration again)

Well spotted. I under exposed by two stops in manual but used the speedlite. Hence slightly nosier than should be.

ISO 1600 hmm, how much noise would others get, more than is on this shot.
As for the shot, I'm not as enthusiatic with this as I have been some of our other efforts. I sure it's one for the family album, and better than some shots I've seen people show me of their kids.
