A trip to Blackpool

I'm very new at this, and these are not as sharp as they could be, but I'm enjoying it and honest criticism is requested! It was a grey day in a miserable place (IMHO...). All shots were taken with a 24-105 lens on a 450D.

Number 4 is the clear winner for me - excellent shot

Only tried a bit of street photography once, it takes a bit of courage to get out there taking photos of strangers - keep them coming!

Good shots and you captured the spirit of the place on a grey day.

I have to say that i'm all for street photography, i do it myself sometimes.
But you're a braver man than me pointing the lens at any kids in the street.

Or perhaps it's just because my missus is a childminder and i hear of all the

I know what you mean, but check out the exif data; 105mm on a crop sensor, and then cropped to the size shown above. They weren't close and that one was shot from the hip:

I definitely think no4 is the winner! I like these, not sure I could ever do street photography, but I do like the results
