I just got a technoline jl700 charger, what is the best charge rate? I did test mode on my 1300 batteries and two of them are returned 900 so bit low but the other two returned 1400, is this right? Why have they returned higher values than what they are rated? I charged them at 500ma is this an ideal charge rate to return accurate results? Also have I over charged the batteries in the past (those ones returning higher values)
