Im just about to pull the trigger on a set of cheap strobes for a very small bedroom setup. Ideally I was going for Lencarter smart flash kit, which come with remote and receivers. I've also looked at a pair of Godox DE300 600W Flash Strobes. I already have light stands, soft box, and cheap umbrellas but the Lencarter stands look more substantial. My question is about triggering the flashes, I have a Yongnuo 622 remote trigger and 2 receivers, could these be used as a replacement for the godox or Lencarter ones? Are the Godox ones any good? What would be your advice?

The Lencarta / Godox triggers can control the flashes.

Your YN622s can be plugged in, but they will only fire them, not control them.

I have dumb rf603's, clever yn 622's and a simple pc cable. What have I been using for the last 6 months? Just the of cable. When the camera has been on a tripod and the lights set up, it allowed me to interchange between my film camera and my d800. I've used the lencarta triggers and they are excellent as they control the flashes!
