Advice needed - Portraits

Hello All
The great news is that I have been commisioned to do a portraiture this Saturday. The good news is that they are friends of mine and wanted some nice shots of them, one being a "Dating" shot (placing them in London - ie bus or postbox or tube station in the background) and the other being indoor and of her showing off her tummy (6 months pregnant) etc.

I have never done something like this and really am looking at tips or advice you seasoned pros can impart that hopefully make me look at least competent and not a blithering fool.

Try posting in one of the discussion forums rather than a photo sharing one. You'll probably get a better response.
