I have been offered a kit at a reasonable price

3x120 film backs
40mm
60mm
80mm
150mm
It also has a prism finder fitted that has a light meter included? am I right?

I would like to know what people think of this system and if a phase one P20 digi back for V system will fit on it or any other hints tips, especially with digital back compatibility please.

Price is "reasonable", how much is it?

Good set of lenses for sure. If you use it with film you won't be disappointed with the quality though I'd rather have a 50 than a 40mm as it's a bit of a beast size wise. The 503 has good TTL with a dedicated metz 351 adaptor and pretty accurate.

Prism wise - yes you can get a TTL metering one but you need to know more about the model number of it?

Acute matte focusing screen is lovely and bright and even better with an acute matt with spit prism/rangefinder.

Solid reliable kit for sure. Not sure about the digi back though?

Thank you. I am trading this with my 85mm f1.2L lens and some cash (amount is not decided yet but should be in the area of about £500. I know the guy very well and he is always fair, I would expect the extras to be the best available at the time, he usually gets the better stuff.

I will shoot film with it. The 40mm will suit me better for band shots and I love wide angle. I have always dreamed of owning/using a Hasselblad and will have a steep learning curve for sure. I will update with exact model of the bits when I have them in my hands.

Might be worth asking in the 'film and conventional' thread, someone over there is bound to have used one. We all have many, many cameras.......
