I have a Nikon D300s and have a few DZ based lenses. As my photography has improved over the last year or so, I have been thinking about upgrading my lenses.
Currently, my main lens is a Nikon 16-86mm f3.5. While this is a good lens for £500, I have convinced myself that a Nikon 24-70mm f2/8 would produce much better results. However, unless I use this new lens on a full frame camera, am I wasting my money?
I am considering buying the 24-70mm f2/8 and the 70-200mm f2/8 (£2800 altogether) and really need some advice as to how much of a difference this would make over a DX lens on a D300s?
Just wondering if FX lens on DX body is much better than DX lens on DX body.
