Advice on new laptop - are specs ok?

Seen a laptop i'm thinking of getting tomorrow, all advice greatly appreciated.

I will only be using it for web browsing and downloading my pics too.

Its a Packard Bell 15.6'' Tn65 T440
It comes with Adobe Elements 6.0 already in it
Intel core 2 dou T6400 processor
3Gb memory
250Gb hard drive
Vista home premium

Its a 18 month contract job and i'm happy with the terms and conditions. Its just the suitability of wether its up to the job for me or not, and i'm pretty crap when it comes to knowing about these things.

with 3GB RAM its quite highly spec'd for a laptop currently, so if you really only want it for browsing and downloading then make sure your not over-investing.... you have many other options of laptop at 2GB RAM that would more than suffice....

It persists all over mine (2gb of ram, slower chipset, smaller harddisk) but mines still more than capable of running everything I need including CS3 and the likes!
