Advice please on macro lens

Hi guys and dolls

I have a nikon d7000 and looking for a decent macro lens.

My queries are:

1. will it work with D7000
2. does anyone have one that could give me feedback one the lens
3. Does anyone have a superior lens they would suggest I buy

I use the same lens in Sony fit- I can recommend it 100%

Certainly is.

It's an excellent lens too. There seem to three main offerings in this sort of focal length and price band and they all get rave reviews. The other two are the Tokina 100mm and the Tamron 90mm. Can't go wrong with any of them.

Used it on my Canon, lovely lens, you will not regret it!

I've just bought one of these second hand to replace my 50mm macro as the working distance is a bit too close. The 50mm was always tack sharp, i expect this to be the same.

They were on onestop digital for about 300gbp, though im not sure what the warranty situation with that is.
