Had a cracking day out today, flying along side a Mk9 Spitfire. Hands down my favorite plane. I could hear and feel the merlin engine as it got close, amazing experience.
Indeed, we were in a helicopter. I was debating whether or not to take the go pro, so glad I decided to in the end. Came away with some epic footage as well.
Yes saw you. You flew over my house. They do this quite regularly over the weekends. Unfortunately I didn’t have my camera to hand otherwise you would have a different view.
