Air sea Rescue day @ Lands End.

This is my first set from holiday in Cornwal! We went to Lands to watch a Air Sea rescue demo and also for a Hawk fly past. It was a fantastic day with some great weather! I am getting hooked on this avaition lark!!

I like the motion blur of the rotors in No.5, nice clean photo.
Perhaps a little less DOF in No.8, but nevertheless a good capture.
My favourite is No.6 as it nicely captures the coastguard services in the one shot.

Did you turn the camera towards the beautiful Cornish landscape?

Ahem, RNLI actually, not Coastguard in no 6

RNLI Lifeboat, RN Helicopter and Coastguard Rescue Officer. All these Search and Rescue units are co-ordinated by HM Coastguard Operation Officers based in Maritime Rescue Co-ordination Centres. In the case of the Southwest, this will be Falmouth MRCC.
