Just to share really. great day out, kudos to the pilots and the organisers.
one big recruiting fest really but very impressive.

#2 these guys got so close, the fly by ones were quite blurred

#3 no I haven't messed with the vertical on this. amazing agility!

#4 I don't know where they found Kenny Everett but they did and gave him a lift

#5 this guy was almost too fast to track and focus!

full gallery here but they're not as good as I'd hoped.
Also my lens was filthy!! school boy error there!

all shot with a 70-300IS
most are cropped quite a bit of course, filthy UV filter and I forgot my CPL .. also next time monopod!

the last one is the best for me, they mostly seem to need a bit more post proc, but i cant tell you what, maybe unsharp mask and levells

a bit too lazy and busy with other things
will have a look and see what I can manage
