Amazon Prime & linking household devices

I have an Amazon Prime account, through which I link, via the "household" facility, to my wife's account.

She has downloaded a number of books from my laptop but we can't seem to get them onto her Kindle. I would have thought that, as the accounts are linked, the Kindle would show in the "My Devices" section of my account, but it doesn't.

Can anybody shed some light on how to do this??

Try Accounts and lists/Your account/manage your content and devices/select the required book/actions/deliver to others. Make sure your wife’s device is shown. It is the last part that may require further steps.
