Amsterdam on Film!

Hi all, went to Amsterdam last week and there was no question about me taking my film camera over my digital one. Here are a few of my favorites.

Very nice work Matthew, can I ask what camera/lens/film you were using. They look exceptionally smooth and sharp.

Thanks alot! I was using the Canon AE-1 Program with the standard 50mm lens and Kodak Ultramax film.

Love these!!! im off to Amsterdam in a few weeks you have inspired me no end! sadly i dont have a film camera but will be testing out my 50mm 1.8 and my 10-20 sigma on the 50d

seriously great set i cant wait to get out there now!

Wow thank you so much guys. The 50mm 1.8 would produce some nice shots too.

I didn't bother taking my 7D because of the unsafe lockers in our hostel :/

I am glad to hear someone else has a mini too! I love my mini and it was great to see another some more there

im doing Amsterdam, paris and london all in hostels but i plan on sleeping and eating with my camera attached to me all the time.

Fingers crossed it wont get stollen :/

Hopefully not! I would have had to leave mine in the room in already broken into lockers. That's why I took my film camera only because it can go in my bag with me at all times and Amsterdam and film just fits amazingly. I hardly took any shots and really regretting it, it is a film paradise.
