great image, I pass the angel every day and its still as great now as it was when it was 1st built.

last time I went, christmas just gone. I waited for almost an hour to get a clear shot of it, but it was worth it

Looks like I must have been lucky being there when there were few people about - it was taken at 1pm last wednesday !
 
Yeah, that's a cool shot - I like the PP. I do have an issue with the composition, though - the angel's looking out of the frame and my eye is drawn outside the pic rather than into it. Had you been a bit over to the left I think the whole package would have been improved.
 
The shot is good but the angel of the north is boring , seen so many shots of it at different angles.

When its burning down to the ground as it should be , then take a photo and i'll save it
 
Never get tired of looking at the angel .... Welcomes me home on the A1 everytime I head back to the toon!!!
