Fraggle, i think from memory this was just a large octo just to the right of the camera set at around F8, sorry to be so vague but i didnt take note of this one.

Although a great shot there appears to be a couple of blemishes in the PS work.

Her right shoulder & cheek seem to have 'halos', the corner of her left side lip is a little strange too and there is a blemish where her left jaw line meets her neck and jacket collar. And you have cropped very tight at the top of her head I think there should be a little space or crop tighter.

It is a good shot though. (I hope I am not being harsh)
