Took this a while ago but have found the composition and processing a tough one so have left it until now. I like the lines in the shot, from the sweep of the underpass underbelly, to the more simple diagonals of the white step edges and the blue railings. Not sure if it works though so would love to hear your thoughts. Many thanks for looking as always.
 
I like it, I have a similar set developing. Great compostion on this one, really like the look that he is oblivious to his surroundings, engrossed in his text!

Also that has to be the old firestaion in central Birmingham in the background?
 
If I had a pound for every time I have driven over that flyover I would be able to purchase a great deal of camera equipment.
As for venturing out in this location. Its known to be a robbery/TFTP hot spot as the students become victims when passing through to there dig's and uni.
Be carefull in this location.
 
I really like this.
Mobiles are such an integral part of life now,but I so remember the time before anyone had them.
 
Gritty mono conversion perhaps, and mebbe clone out the people in the background?? Still like it though! :)
