No 1 is the best for me!
1,3 & 4 look a little too red though & 2 could have benefited from a reflector on the models LHS.
It looks to me though that you have encouraged the model to smile in some of the images which produces a bit of a forced smile. Best way to do this is to talk to them about something they are interested in and wait until they smile naturally.
