Anti Aliasing and printing

I'm designing flyers right now and wonder if I need to anti alias my fonts and if so how much?

This is the back of my flyer:

Don't know whether you are purposefully not touching up the photo, but to me, it looks like the babies' left hand has caught a small bit of fluff.

To me, the rest of it looks nice though (sorry, can't actually answer the real question)
