Any success with Canon/Nikon Tech Support with DigitalRev Camera

There is a slight something bugging me with my Canon G15 which was bought from DigitalRev & I wondered if anyone had called Canon UK requested a bit of Technical Support :thinking:

I guess I have the same query if any UK based support manufacturer would give it for camera bought from Hong Kong :help:

I sent my 7D to fixation (canon approved) as the focus was crap, Digital Rev paid up without an issue really good, like you I was nervous going down that route too but It was all great.
regarding tech support - don't mention where it came from on the phone (they are all the same bar serial numbers any who, well unless you're in America) :) or if you are worried send it to a third party (officially CPS) approved repairer like I did

Thanks for that & I guess I can't lose anything by trying the UK Canon Tech Support. It isn't a fault just me trying to work out why the LCD display seems over 'warm' without options to 'cool' it down a bit :thinking:
