Hi, I have the Yongnuo EX-14 ring flash (Canon) but the rear LCD screen will only show Letters/Numbers if I put a very slight presure on the screen with a finger once finger is removed the screen shows nothing, the unit does work but I have to change settings via the Canon camera menu as again settings do not
show on the rear LCD without slight pressure applied. .
