Anyone find this funny?

Just to warn others who can't spare the time right now, it's nearly 11 minutes, starts with a ventriloquist.
 
I find it a strange sort of humour, it has been posted on this forum before in a dedicated You Tube thread iirc but I suppose there will be some who have not watched it yet.
