Anyone know where I can get a Lambency Diffuser from in the UK

Anyone know where I can get a P4 Lambency Diffuser to fit a Canon 580 with the UK.

I have seen them on e-bay for £10-15 but delivered in 20 days or so 'http://SPAM/3y6pf76'. Before I ordered one I wanted to check if there is anything with a shorter delivery in the UK as I could do with it in a about a week.

I have a 'genuine' D4 Lambency Diffuser (plus a Gary Fong) that I am not using if you get desperate - Microglobe market their own version here in the UK and have a good range- they call them Lightsphere's, but the postage like most companies here in the UK may be disproportionately high for a light item - click here

Hi Roy,

Thanks for the information. I will probably order one from Microglobe, the prices are good and the delivery better than ebay's stores. I didn't see them on the net when I searched for 'Lightsphere', so thanks for pointing them out. I have come up with a hack alternative just incase it doesn't arrive.

Hi Matt,

Forgot to say, I bought one of the Microglobe Whaletail units which I have been pleased with in operation plus it was a lot cheaper than the Gary Fong version, although noticed they have now discontinued that model, not sure why, probably because its bulky........

- which is the only downside for this type of diffuser, even the lightsphere / lambency versions take up a fair bit of room in a camera bag, which is why I have not been using mine and although more expensive have decided to go for the Lumiquest LQ-122 Quik Bounce as it folds down flat for storage.
