Anyone make printer paper for B/W laser printer?

B&W lasers do have greyscale but i would think it wasnt any where near good enough for photographs, i may be wrong but it depends on how much money it cost, if its a sub £200 then definitely not

I own a digital print shop so have used lots of laser printers in the past, i have 3 colour laser printers atm 2 canon and one konica minolta and they all use continuos tone and produce great photos but they cost up to £36,000 each and yet dont even come close to my canon i9000 desktop inkjet costing £300, desktop lasers dont use this method and use diffusion i think and you will get a banding effect, bad contrast and bad graduations

Thanks that settles that then.

I will just use DSCL I guess or the darkroom

i like DSCL i had good results from them

Would it not be worth getting a cheap printer if you want to produce your own, mine is a couple of years old and back then it was only 50 quid and I love the results.

I know people say you can get A4 prints done cheaper which is definately true but I used to love my darkroom and there is nothing better than seeing you pics appear in front of you and home printing is the next best thing IMO

I now want an A3 printer. :)
