Yes
Im getting a few bits and pieces together for a studio and want a nice chair for posing on (similar to the classic Cchristine Keeler pose) and some other bits and pieces. Is there a company that specialise in studio props?

I am sure there is, as with anything "dedicated" it comes at a "price"
why not have a rake round junk shops ( or antique shops if your feeling flush :D)
You could also try "house clearance" auctions
I am sure that there must be one fairly local to you

Best place for studio props?

Seriously, try IKEA!

I did try to find exactly that type of chair and believe it or not it's in a museum and it's patented but you will be able to find something similar. I did find some very good replicas but they are about £60-120 each.

Ikea is not a bad place to look.
