Job to tell from those images, its AI or AI-S though.

Here is a LINK to a site that lists most Nikkor lens, serial number range, dates made and various other specifications, it also has photo's of each lens, may help ID it for you.

I assume so. if the body is what he says then a pre AI lens wouldn't mount
