Anyone use either Nikon 28-105mm or 24-85mm? I'm thinking of a lens to replace my 18-135mm as I want something a bit more sturdy. I know the 28-105mm is still a consumer grade lens but it seems much more well made than the later kit/consumer lenses.
The 24-85mm seems to be of metal construction but it is vastly more expensive than the 28-105mm so I wondered if anyone has any opinions about either or both lenses.
