Anyone using a Canon Focusing Screen Ec-B?

Im thinking of changing the screen on my mk3 to help with focusing. Anyone using any of the alternative screens?

I changed to the Ec-D as it helps with straight horizons. It's so easy to change!!!

that was the other one i was looking it, it doesn't have the split prism on it though?

I use the Ec-A (microprism circle) in my 1DsMkIII, helps with manual focussing of the TS-e lenses.

The microprisms go clear when in focus.

I've actually just bought another the Ec-I dual cross hair as its on offer for £12.51 at Amazon, just thought I'd give it a go!

Just fitted the Ec-I one, was amazed how easy it was. Like the cross hairs in the centre, if only the focus points were that small!

whats the difference between matte and laser matte?

do they do one that has split prism and a grid on the same screen?
