Arri Arrilite 600

I found one of these in the garage that I inherited from my dad's film company. It's basically a 600w focussing studio lamp.

Any thoughts if it'll be useful for stills or if it'd be worth anything on the bay? I know you can't post interest or value threads but I'm just not sure if it's useful for my type of photography.

Once I've racked up the post count and time served I'll put it up for sale.

if it's this and it's in good nick it will fetch a good £150-£170 I'm guessing as it's £250 new, I'd love to have it off you but it's too expensive for me unless your generous ;D

Cool. It's a little dirty but works perfectly so I'll prob offer it up for £100 when I've got enought requirements to post in the right section!

Unless I decide I'm gooing to get into studio photography in the meantime!

Just realised that I need to be a member for 30 days as well as have the postcount - have decided that I need a D300 more than the light so I stuck it on ebay!
