makes a change for the 400H to get a shot in early.
And nice to see it on the bend, the ones of me are mostly down the straight and are not pretty
the only thing id say is its slightly to late, as she is positioned coming off of the hurdle, its nicer imo to see the whole technique as the hips are almost above the line of the barrier

I tried to get some hurdles shots a few weeks back and I'm jealous of how good yours is when I look back at my efforts.
