Audi R8

Ok so this was a first for me. I basically turned up at the Audi dealership in Ellesmere Port, Cheshire and asked at the reception desk if it was ok to take photos of there R8 show car. Well they allowed me and here are the photos.

I told them I wanted the carbon panel not the silver one, they have to re-order now.

Cheers for the comments I think when I took the photos and said thank you I got an invite to do the same when they bring out the R8 soft top.

Well executed shots, but IMHO the backgrounds cripple it.

I agree with Big Ham, when you do the next shoot of the soft top, try and open the aperture up to shorten the depth of field to blur out the backgrounds.

Im hoping for the soft top they will have a version outside on the forecourt. If they do it will be near to the road and hedges and greenery which should make photos better.

Some nice shots. Personally I would have cloned out the cars in the background of "6" and the car from "1" but based on you shooting them "where they were" you have some nice shots. The ones that work best for me are the ones where the car fills the whole frame.
