The 3rd and 6th shots are very nicely framed and composed, you have captured the ruins well.

 

[Spillage]

Like 3 the most due to the position of the subjects and the framing. The farmhouse visible through the rusty object in the foreground makes it an interesting image. I prefer 3 to 6 as there is some more background to give the image context.
