Autumn's seasonal Items and Colours..

Here is a selection of Autumn items I collected from a local park, the Aim is to show some of the Seasonal Colours up close...

I used my 450D+18-55mm lens and a cheap Macro Filter which screws into the filter thread.

For the Leafs up close I had to make a hole in some card place the card onto a Spot light with the leaf over the hole, this way the light was enough to illuminate the leaf for exposures of 2 to 4 secs at Iso 100.The aim being to show the veins of the leaf, very pleased with how this worked...

The leaves are fab... I think the acorn beast is an oak gall.
