Avenues and Alleyways

In an attempt to get my photo-mojo back I took a potter round the older terraced areas of inner Carlisle that were inundated in the floods of early 2005

Of the two I prefer the alleyway,plenty of character in that shot with the brickwork,cobbles and uneven pavement
....would make a good twilight shot with the streetlight on perhaps ?
....now all we need is Tony Christie

Cheers for the comment and the twilight shot idea... trouble is that there a so many of these between road alleys I can't actually remember where that was taken

love them both but #1 does it for me as I was raised in a street just like that
