Love the angle on that 2nd one.

Have been doing some flower shots myself today and was trying do something a bit different with tulips - my son said they looked like a row of leeks :shrug: so I won't bother posting that one

How did you get the background to be all black??

The black bg is a large sheet of black card (from Hobbycraft at £1.99 a sheet). Then a tweak in contrast and brightness to darken it even more. I sometimes select the background and work on that alone. In fact in the first shot there's a bit of fringeing around the lower petals that shows how bad I am at doing that Must try harder
