Personally Id give it a slight sharpen, Ive just tried it and it really makes those gorgeous eyes pop!

Wow, what a beautiful little girl. I think the original is better, and the eyes are showing fairly sharp through my monitor, however, maybe you could apply a little sharpening just to the eye area only, then, it would be quite perfect.

I feel the sharpened version is over sharpened, as the original shows the little one's skin as lovely and soft, though the second version does show the eyes sharper than the original. Lovely shot indeed.
