Bag For Camera Body + 70-200 f2.8

I am looking for the most compact and convenient way of carrying around camera body with mounted 70-200 f2.8. Kata Grip-16 DL cough my eye so far but I am wondering if there is something better?

I use a Toploader 75 AW which is great plenty of pockets and rain cover, its fine without a grip on a 5D MKIII but too tight with the grip attached
