Bags similar to Think-Tank Lens Changer 3

Morning all,

Just looking for recommendations or alternatives to the Think Tank Lens Changer 3, or a bag to hold upto 3 lenses (largest being 70-200) that is fairly compact, easy to wear over shoulder and sits flat against your body.

Love the look of the Think Tank but just wondering what other options there? (if any?)

I have a retrospective 7 and if I were looking for a lens bag, the pinestone version of the lens changer would be my choice as, it would match (bit OCD haha) and I know it's made well.
