I went to a summer fair today at hopetoun house just for the Falconry display. I like this one a lot. Sadly they had the birds under a big tree and the sun couldn't reach them and I don't have a fast long lens. So I had to make do with what I had. Hope you like.

I find that that its quite hard to keep the detail on these in strong light
 
I used a tamron 70-300 f4-5.6. It was a lens I got with my first DSLR. And I rarely go past 50 mm as I only do landscapes and really like wide angle so not bought a good long lens yet. But I am very happy with this pic though. Thanks for the comments.
