I am confused; Which ball head should I buy. I am considering one of the below
(1) Manfrotto 322RC2 head (199 $ at Paxton)
(2) Manfrotto 498RC4 Head. (179$ at Paxton)
I am a beginner photographer. I use Nikon D40. Thinking if buying a zoon lens. It will be no bigger than 75mm-300mm zoom.
I take photos with family, and I wanted to be 'in' the photo when the family is my family. Also when I use slow speeds, I want to use the tripod. My old one was a consumer grade tripod/head/bag that I bought for 25 $. It broke and even when it was using it, the cameras creeped; I used just D40 with the lens that came with that. I had enough with the cheap tripod.
