Not sure that I like the picture as a whole but can see two good pictures within it.

1. Landscape shot of the two boats and the sky

2. Portrait crop of the three children

Maybe even a third crop of the lady bottom right

Nice tones caught. For me the composition is a tad bitty - the RH quay and the rocks/girl in bottom RH don't add anything and are more of a distraction. I would be inclined to try cropping the RH to remove these two and also a tighter crop at the bottom - to where the LH edge of the slipway meets the LH edge of the frame.

I'll try that and see how it looks
