Hi welcome to TP, im afraid the light trails dont work for me in this location, to much else going on and it makes the photo look cluttered to me
I like the banbury cross, just a shame the the back end of the horse is cropped off and could really do with some CW rotation, i also personally would of spent a few minutes removing the yellow bollards etc from the shot
