A nicely composed image well captured the perch is fantastic
 
I like this Sue, i will leave the technical critique to others, but the image works for me with a strong diagonal, and the bird against the OOF background with nice Bokeh.
 
It looks like a grab shot Sue, and its a good one too, well done for spotting it and taking it, it works just fine in every respect for me (y)

Thanks Trevor.I was told that a robin had just had a drink from there and I waited to see if he would return and then the blackbird came along.
