Basic Lighting for Home Portraiture

Can anyone recommend a cheap flash for use off camera, and radio remotes which would work with a 400d?

I was looking at the combination of these two :

With some reflectors to make a cheap setup for home / basic outdoor use.

Any thoughts? just thought i would get some advice, as currently on a budget due to my trip to Egypt! (photos soon )

You'll be ok with the yongnuo flash, not sure about the wireless set though as I've not tried it. The rf602 or the newer ones are great. If you're using one flash then just buy 1 tran&1receiver. You can find them on amazon for about a tenner for the set.
From my experience, yongnuo are pretty good for the price.
I use 2 and 2 westcott Apollo boxes for my outdoor stuff.
