Basic questions setting up GH3 for Video

I am starting to dabble in Video. I have a GH3 and would like some basic advice on setting up settings for Video

For general shooting what frame rate should I use.

Any advice for audio settings welcome

What picture modes are recommended, I have read that contrast and sharpening are often reduced.

All tips welcome

1/50s shutter, PAL, 25 fps. It is recommended to shoot very flat styles (i.e. neutral) and then you can do a little bit colour grading in post.

50fps (for 1:2 speed) or faster if you can / want

Yes, but at a shutter speed of 1/100 or so.

Be aware that you need a lot of light for Slow Mo to work.

I wouldn't be too concerned. The iso can go fairly high, there are f/1.4 lenses, and most of the time dark ND filters are in use...

P.s. You already shoot action still well above 1/100s and that is not a problem
