Battery Advice for a speedlight flash..

Hi Folks
Are these batteries any good ?

i have those, and they are good

i think the low self discharge type are ment to give you faster recycle times tho, or if you want to go crazy theres ultrafire or some other type with higher voltage but aa size. nizn maybe

I have both the 2900 ones and also http://www.7dayshop.com/products/7d...geable-batteries-2150mah-4-pack-7DAYAAGTG2100, which seem to give slightly better recycle times, but stay charged longer when not being used.
